This is new software. It can make mistakes.
It is new and unproven. Whale Tail was built recently and has not run long enough to have a track record. It can misread a whale's move, copy the wrong thing, act late, or fail to act at all. Bugs that cost money are a realistic outcome, not a hypothetical one.
Funding a wallet is at your own risk. You can lose some or all of what you put in. Only ever fund an amount you are genuinely willing to lose entirely. Never fund it with money you need.
We are not responsible for your losses. Nothing here is financial or investment advice. No profit, return or outcome is promised or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, however it arises, including from a defect in this software, a mistake in what it copies, a failed or delayed transaction, or the behaviour of any wallet you choose to follow.
Copying a whale is not a strategy on its own. A wallet with a good past record can lose money tomorrow. You are choosing who to follow and at what size, and those are your decisions.
Pro wallets are generated on our server and their keys are encrypted at rest, which means we hold them. You are given the private key when the wallet is created. Keep it: it is your only way to move those funds independently of us.
